That’s okay that you’re new to the SRC thing, student voice is a continuum, and everyone at any point in their student voice journey is always learning something new! In terms of how you can improve your school, maybe start by asking the student community what problems they are facing and what improvements they want to see in their school? I also highly recommend attending the VicSRC Student Voice Workshops with your SRC team, they work you through a really effective tool called the ALTER model for change. If it’s run in your area, definitely attend because they go through the whole process of campaigning for change and can help you work out what needs to improve in your school.
